No, removing pages has no effect on the remaining pages whatsoever. The pages you keep maintain their original quality, formatting, fonts, and images exactly as they were. Page removal simply excludes selected pages from the output file without modifying any content that remains in the document.
Once you save the modified PDF, the removed pages are gone from that file. This is why keeping a backup of your original document is important before removing pages. If you need the deleted pages later, you will need to restore from your backup or re-obtain the original document from its source.
